Family Coaching
You love your kid.
You’re also completely exhausted.
Whether you’re navigating ADHD, anxiety, big emotions, or school challenges, parenting a child who feels things deeply means constant problem-solving, emotional labor, and second-guessing yourself. These sessions are a space to breathe, think clearly, and build strategies that actually fit your family.
This might be for you if…
Your child has ADHD, autism, or is suspected neurodivergent and you’re not sure where to start.
You feel like you’re always in reaction mode, fires to put out, not space to breathe.
School communication feels overwhelming or adversarial.
You want to support your kid without losing yourself in the process.
You’re doing everything “right” and it’s still not working.
Why work with me
I bring 16 years of experience to this work as a mother, classroom teacher, special education teacher, and now a school counselor with a Master’s in Counseling and Educational Psychology. Over the years, I have supported hundreds of families through moments that felt overwhelming, and I understand the school system from the inside out.
What shapes this work most, though, is lived experience. I have ADHD. So does my husband. Our children have their own varying needs. I know what it feels like to love your child fiercely while ending the day wondering if you handled any of it “right.”
This is not textbook coaching. It is grounded, practical, and built for the hard, beautiful, exhausting reality of raising a neurodivergent child. I have written IEPs, accommodation plans, and behavior support plans, and I know how to help families navigate both the emotional side of parenting and the systems surrounding their child.

What we work on together
Sessions are collaborative, practical, and grounded in real-life family dynamics; not a one-size-fits-all approach.
Understanding your child
Making sense of behaviors, nervous system responses, and what is actually driving the hard moments.
Communication strategies
Scripts, tools, and reframes for connection, especially during meltdowns, transitions, or school stress.
Home environment
Structure, routines, and rhythms that work with a neurodivergent brain, not against it.
Parent wellbeing
Because you cannot pour from an empty cup. Your nervous system matters too.

A few common questions
Is this therapy?
No — coaching is forward-focused and practical. We’re not processing trauma or diagnosing; we’re problem-solving and building skills together. If deeper therapeutic support is needed, I’ll help you find the right referral.
Do you work with parents internationally?
Yes! All sessions are held online via video call, so wherever you are, we can work together.
What if my child doesn’t have a formal diagnosis?
You don’t need a diagnosis to work with me. If you’re noticing patterns that feel hard to navigate, that’s enough. We work from where you are.
How do I know if this is a good fit?
Book a free discovery call. No obligation, just a conversation. We’ll both know within 20 minutes.
